When you are sick, you are usually lazy to do sport. Though
the tools to fight diseases such pain that you can be minimized by doing sport
regularly.
Fatigue and stress because of work during the day also will
lose by doing sports. Because one of the benefits of this sport is to
stimulate the brain to feel the feelings of pleasure and relaxation. In
addition, sport was also able to increase the confidence someone’s level .
doing sport for 10 minutes every day will make you be more mentally healthy,
clear mind, reduced stress and lead to feelings of happiness.
If you love to do sports although only briefly, but you
do it continuously, the activity can improve both hormones in the brain such as
adrenaline, serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins. This
hormone plays a role in increasing endurance. Studies conducted in Britain showed that 83 percent of
people who have mental disorders rely on sport to improve mood and reduce
anxiety.
Remember, when we're doing sports (especially in the
morning), we are actually pump our lungs with clean air and oxygen. More
oxygen in our blood can stimulate various brain chemicals that help to improve
mental alertness, clarity of thought and body, improving physical fitness
levels and act as a basic factor of 'comfortable'. Inactive people more prone to suffer
from clinical depression and low self-esteem.
Sport is a healthy lifestyle that should make it a habit
since childhood, so, in the future our bodies to be healthy and not easily
affected by the disease. Because
our bodies are getting older and automatically our bodies will geting decrease. Sport would inhibit the decrease in
resistance. In addition to
physical health, sport for some people it can be the pride of its own. For
example, athletes can get the achievement as a result of their sport routine or
bodybuilders become more confident with their body shape. So,
now that makes a lot of sports as a hobby in their lives separate.
The last, let’s start to do this activities. Invite your family to do this good
attitude now
