HEALTHY FOOD from INDONESIA

Food style of each country is different from one other. This is not apart from the factors forming the pattern of food each country. Diet is influenced by several factors, namely physical factors (climate and season), the human factor or the public (taste and finances) as well as the factors of religion or belief. Indonesia is an agrarian country with a tropical climate which only has two seasons namely dry season and rainy season. As an agricultural country, Indonesia is a country producing vegetables and fruits in agriculture as well as fish and livestock producers from the fields of fisheries and livestock. From here, Indonesia has a healthy diet are known to four health five perfectly food.
Indonesia healthy food above includes the staple food, vegetables, side dishes, fruit and refined with milk. This diet is known as 4 healthy 5 perfect food. The content of staple foods Indonesia are:
1.      Staple food
Staple food consumed by the people of Indonesia is rice. Rice is a food made from rice and corn which rich carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are a source of energy that is needed by the body.
2.      Vegetable
Vegetables are a source of vitamins and minerals. Vegetables in the diet has a function to meet the needs of regulating substances on the body. Example: Swamp Cabbage, spinach, eggplant, tomatoes, chillies, long beans, cabbage squashed, squash, etc.
3.      Side dishes

4.      Fruits
Similar with vegetables, fruits in the diet has a function to regulating substances on the body. For example the apple, mangosteen, passion fruit, persimmon, salak pondoh, durian, and so forth.
5.      Milk
Milk as a supplement where there is no obligation or necessity to eat or drink us. But there is no harm if you drink milk after eating, because it contains various substances that are useful and good for our bodies
