Currently health have become very expensive for people who lack the material. For the treatment to the hospital they have to spend much money. If they want to get relief in terms of cost, they must have a Community Health Insurance (JAMKESMAS). JAMKESMAS is a government program that allotment to the poor people in Indonesia. By Jamkesmas, those who want to be healthy but do not have the cost can utilize JAMKESMAS to the hospital for treatment. With this facility, they can do for free treatment. But in the fact, those who have no direct Jamkesmas can seek treatment for free. They have to go through the bureaucracy to obtain this assurance. They have to go to the village office to ask for a signature, stamp, etc.. If patients already need treatment as soon as possible but they must take care bureaucracy Jamkesmas, how the condition of the patient?
Alternative treatment is a practical means of treatment without having to go through Jamkesmas. Indonesia has a lot of standing in alternative medicine that aims to make healthy nation, but at a cost that is not as expensive as in the hospital. Cupping is one of the alternative treatments are still relics of the Prophet recomendation which still exis until today. Cupping is a method of treatment to release the wind in the body or remove dirty blood from the body.
Salim Al Afthas of Sa'id bin Jubair from Ibn Abbas radliallahu 'anhuma said; Therapy treatment, there are three ways, namely drinking honey, cupping and kay (hot iron placed on the injured area), while I forbid my ummah treatment with kay. This hadith was continued (to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam). The hadits also was history by Al Qumi from Layth from Mujahid from Ibn Abbas that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam about drinking honey and cuping.

Some of the diseases that respond well to cupping therapy is hypertension, hiperuricemia, hypercholesterolemia, stroke, Parkinson's, epilepsy, migraine, vertigo, kidney failure, varicose veins, hemorrhoids (hemorrhoids), and all complaints of pain (arthritis, ischialgia / sciatica, pain below the waist), blood diseases (leukemia, thalassemia), tinnitus, asthma, allergies, immune system diseases (SLE, HIV), glaucoma, insomnia, enuresis / incontinence, mania, schizophrenic and trans (interference magic / jinn).
