Choosing Fresh and Healthy Fish


Who does not like fish? If you are given a question like that, I am sure you will reply with the word "yes, I want". Fish with all delicious taste, it turns out many benefits for our health. Fish contains omega 3 which has vital functions to the of brain nerves development. Therefore, omega 3 could also serve to reduce symptoms of dizziness, nervous tension and reduce the risk of nerve damage to the organs of the brain. Another benefit of omega-3 is able to enhance brain activity and neural responses of the body, improve memory, intelligence and inhibit dementia. 
Actually what is omega 3? why the benefits are so huge? It turned out that omega 3 is fatty acid that  formed of three main components namely: 
1.      ALA (alpha) linolenic acid that works to improve health by increasing the
formation of cell membranes in the body. 
2.       EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid). EPA is working to keep our bodies from heart attacks, increase good cholesterol (HDL), lowers bad cholesterol (LDL) cholesterol, lowering blood triglyceride levels and stabilize blood pressure. 
3.      DHA (Docasahexaenoic Acid). DHA works to increase the nerve, intelligence, memory and prevent dementia 
Because they are so many benefits contained in the fish, you should be selective in choosing and buying sea fish and freshwater fish. If you buy fresh fish, try to buy fish still in the living conditions (fresh). If it is off, do not buy fish that has been frozen. Do not buy fish that are smelly. 
If you buy sea fish, you also try to buy the fish in the conditions of living (fresh). If you buy the fish in the off and on salted, see the fish on a fly approached or not. If the flies would come near, this proves the fish are not in the preserved with harmful substances such as borax. Choose the fish with a color that is not too bright. Do not forget, once you buy the fish, wash with running water to remove preservative that has some risks. 
  
You already know the benefits of omega-3 contained in fish. The more often you eat fish, then you will become more healthy, strong, intelligent and youthful. Let the consumption of fish from now
