IF YOU ARE TIRED


Keeping healthy body is necessary in performing daily activities. Most people think of when geting fatigue are common. They assumed that the tiredness will disappear quickly. Such assumption can be said is true. Why? Because the man knows that he should be consuming foods rich in iron content to restore the exhausted condition. But what about those who do not know any of these symptoms? So he let his condition remains in a state of fatigue in a long time. If left unchecked, this condition will lead to more serious effects. For that, identify the conditions that make you feel tired
1.      Mineral deficiency in iron.
Iron as a mineral of our bodies need because liable as a carrier of oxygen from the lungs throughout the body. In addition, iron is an essential element in hemoglobin as a pigment of red blood cells. So can imagine what will happen when the body's mineral deficiencies are ongoing. Oxygen is an indispensable every organ of the body is not supplied, causing damage to red blood cells in considerable amounts. 2.      Respiratory distress

The fix: Always include a good breakfast with protein and complex carbohydrates, such as eggs and bread wheat. This combination creates a sustainable energy during the day.
4.      Depression
Depression is a disorder not only emotionally, but it causes many physical symptoms. Fatigue, headache, and loss of appetite is one of the most common symptom. If you feel tired for more than two weeks, consult a doctor.
Solution: Depression can be treated with psychotherapy or medication ..
5.      Excess Caffeine
Most of us assume the coffee is to eliminate fatigue. Excessive drinking can result in the opposite one. Moderate doses of caffeine to increase alertness and concentration. However, research shows caffeine causes fatigue.
Tips: Avoid drinks containing caffeine as much as possible such as coffee, tea, chocolate, soft drinks, and drugs that contain caffeine.
