Healthy Living with Avocado


Who is not familiar with avocado? I'm sure that almost everyone has ever felt the joy of avocado. Avocado, besides having a delicious taste also easily digested by our stomachs and can provide energy for our bodies in a long time. The history of avocado comes from the Aztec language. Avocado has a very high nutrient content. Avocado contain about 11 vitamins and 14 minerals that are beneficial. Avocados are rich in protein, riboflavin (otherwise known as vitamin B2), niacin (otherwise known as vitamin B3), potassium (or better known as potassium), and vitamin C.
Some of the benefits of an avocado, among others:
1. Prevent bad breath, it is caused that avocado become a natural mouthwash that is able to eliminate the decomposition in the intestine that is a source that produces bad breath.
2. Antioxidants in avocados are able to neutralize free radicals so as to improve the sharpness of vision and prevent eye disorders such as glaucoma and cataracts.
3. Beside rich in fats, avocado is also rich in minerals all of which are useful to regulate body functions and stimulate growth. Iron and copper in the avocado helps the regeneration of red blood cells and prevent anemia. And, simultaneous fiber content helps digestion. In addition, he can lower high cholesterol levels because they contain carbohydrates and unsaturated fats.
