Drowsy when driving is one of the many causes of
accidents occur. It was often happened for several reasons, one of them is when
we are lack of sleep or rest. Although
this problem seem trivial, you need to know the tips on how not drowsy when
driving. Thus, you will be safe
until the destination safely and avoid traffic accidents. Indeed, you would feel comfortable if
the daily activities of the office, college or other use their own vehicle
rather than using public transport. In
addition to practical personal vehicle more comfortable and certainly cheaper.
Here are some things that can be used as a guide in
order to minimize the accidents that did not happen again. First, before
driving please pray first. Ask to
God that you are given to the safety of your journey to your destination
safely. Second, if driving a vehicle alone, should not be too much daydreaming

Finally, road and rest for a moment. if you are already
doing the above and you still feel drowsy, you should stop and pull over your
vehicle. Take a rest about 10
minutes to restore your stamina. Find
a comfortable place to stop as the Masjid, under trees or other convenient
place. Use your break time when
the stop of the vehicle for sleeping or stretching exercise. Drinking coffee also recommended to
eliminate your drowsiness. Do not
forget, if you decide to sleep on your rest, lock your vehicle and put your
luggage on your side.
