Sleepy may interfere with your activities. It can be
dangerous if you are driving and can reduce the quality of life and
productivity. Furthermore, sleep
is also a symptom of health problems. If
you've been asleep for hours but still feel sleepy, then you need to be aware
of disease in your body. Sleepy is a sign that your body is given a rest, which
usually come at night or when tired.

some causes that make people sleepy during the day:
1. Anemia (anemia)

Having a job with the night shift can disrupt normal
sleep patterns and the biological body, it makes people feel sleepy during the
day.
If you include people who get the above criteria, you
should be avoided by consulting your doctor. Try
to avoid a state of dehydration by drinking lots of water every day. If you are depressed, try to solve
your problems by presenting a wise man, so the problem is resolved soon. Do not forget to take some time for a
vacation.
