Actually to start living healthy is not as difficult as we imagine. There
are so many ways that you can use in order to lead a healthy life. You do not
need to spend a lot of money to get to a healthy life. Small and simple things
can also make you more healthy and fit. Here are some simple things that can
drive you to live a healthy life.

Drinking green or white tea every day
If you are dehydrated, try drinking tea every day, and you will feel
better. Tea with caffeine can serve as a diuretic (a substance that makes us
spend a lot of fluid / urine), but green tea or white would be more beneficial.
When you regularly consume tea, you will feel good effect: you will feel more
balanced and your skin becomes more radiant.

Eating protein every morning
Try to start eating protein upon awakening. Get rid of your habit of coffee
drinking in the morning. Begin slowly with boiled eggs and yogurt or nuts.

Eating green vegetables every day
if you want, make juice every day, use fresh fruit coupled with spinach or
parsley. It is nutritious and good food, so the mood and your energy becomes
more consistent. Either you make it at work or at home, make sure it has a
fairly large and can be taken anywhere to be enjoyed throughout the day.

Do not forget to pamper yourself
I can not work well in hunger conditions, so I made sure to reward myself
for trying to live healthier. I always order my wife to make a cake at home,
and eat it all the time. I drink a glass of milk at dinner and enjoy dessert
when the stomach is able to hold them. I could not refuse if there eggs martabak.
