Sometimes the problems that we face in
our lives make us dizzy, confused, frustrated and demoralized living. When this
situation happened to you, do not be a passive patient to always rely on medication.
Actually, you can treat depression with a good lifestyle. Depression has a
variety of symptoms and will affect everyone in different ways. The symptoms
include: feeling extremely sad or tearful; disturbance in sleep patterns; lose
interest and motivation; feel worthless or guilty; loss of pleasure in
activities; anxiety; changes in appetite or weight; loss of sexual interest;
physical aches and pains; thought disorder or concentration.
There are a few suggestions you can do
to overcome depression, among others, by doing things that can keep you busy
and it took a lot of thinkers such as reading (especially reading the Qur'an).
Remember! With less dhikr (recitation) the heart will be calm. Allah said in
Surah Ar-Ra'd verse 28: "(They are) those who believe and whose hearts
find satisfaction in the remembrance of Allah. Remember, only the remembrance
of Allah do hearts find satisfaction ". Leave all your problems to God.
Bear in your heart that there is a will there's any way. Only a matter of life
and life test from Allah SWT that has many solutions to fix it.
After doing that, you can begin to move
into the next phase which describes the existing problems and possible
solutions to overcome them. Write the problems you face today is your attention
as a problem of love, business, office, family, college / school. Take some of
the most important points are really bothering you, such as family and business
issues. Then, do the things you like. When you're in a period of depression,
you may not feel like going and having fun. Take your time to do the things you
love. Make a plan that has not been fun to do. When you decide to go have fun
when traveling, you are frequently breathed in and then exhale to release the
depression of the body. if the steps you have done everything, massage the
neck, arms and back gently on a relaxing time.
To treat depression effectively, you
must change your outlook and mindset. By changing the mindset of those who
suffer from depression, you can create long-term protection against depression.
