Allergies caused by allergens or triggers specific
allergy. These allergens can come
from food, drugs, dust, animal hair or other things. Of these allergens, then there arises
reaction associated with the immune system. Meanwhile, the cause allergic
symptoms is called Histamine. Histamine
is a substance released from our bodies. Histamine
affects the eyes, nose, throat, lungs, skin or gastrointestinal tract and cause
symptoms of allergic reactions. The
more histamine is released by the body, it will also worsen our allergy
symptoms.
Allergies are very disturbing your daily activities. Imagine if you were working or
studying, suddenly in the room there is something that makes you allergic, then
of course you would be very disturbed. For
example, you are allergic to cat fur. When
you study or work up a cat close to you. This will surely make you run away
from it. Finally, your work or
study will be distracted.
For that, there
are several precautions that can help you to reduce your allergic about something. First, if you are allergic to food, the best way to
overcome is always to stay away from those foods. Do not consume food that has been
proven to make you allergic. Secondly,
if you are allergic to the air, you should put a clean life. Do not use carpet in your room because
the carpet is very easy to place gathering dust. Then, clean your home regularly. Thus your home will be free of dust.
Third, if you are allergic to animal hair, the overcome step
is always keep your pet from you. If
you want, bathe your pets regularly, so your pets hair will be healthy and not
fall out. This will reduce your
allergy suffering fur
Remember, an allergic disease that attacks a person can
not be completely cured. The
disease can only be controlled by way always away from things that cause
allergies such as house dust, pets, cockroaches, carpet, and an unhealthy work
environment.
