The Causes of Fatigue and How to Overcome the fatigue

At age 30 and over, people tend to feel tired quickly. People who have an active lifestyle are often overcome by a sense of loss of energy and constant fatigue. Many factors that cause fatigue include:
1.      Not Enough Sleep
Generally adults need seven to eight hours a day to sleep. If you are sleepy during the move, it could the quality and quantity of your sleep decreases. Be careful, because lack of sleep can be bad for your health and concentration.
2.      Energy shortages
Eating too little causes the body to fatigue, but eating the wrong foods can also be a problem. A balanced diet helps maintain your blood sugar levels within normal range and prevents fatigue when your blood sugar down.
3.      Depression
You might think depression is just an emotional. However, this was also associated with physical symptoms. One of the most common physical symptoms are fatigue, headaches, and loss of appetite. If you still feel tired and depressed for more than two weeks, you should consult a physician.
4.      Most drank caffeine
Reasonable doses of caffeine can increase alertness and concentration. However, too much caffeine can increase heart rate, blood pressure, and seizures. Based on research, consuming too much caffeine can also cause fatigue in some people.
If you are people who perform the above activities, you should begin to love yourself, so you have to try to make your body untired by doing the following ways:

Beside intake of nutrients in your diet, breathing exercises can also help fight fatigue. One way is take a deep breath in your lungs filled with fresh air so much more to increase your energy.
