Drinking Supplement, Healthy or not??

Most of us assume that the energy supplement drink that is truly a tonic (supplements) for the energy needed by our bodies, but it's wrong, not a supplement drinks add energy to the body, but causes a stimulant effect on the heart to beat faster and pump blood more powerful, so we feel as if getting extra energy and stamina to move.
