GETTING HEALTHY BY EATING EGGS


Eggs are the food for million people. Everyone loved it. Eggs are a favorite food for some people because the eggs are rich in nutrients. Breakfast with eggs provide many benefits to your health. This is supported by numerous studies that eggs, besides having a delicious flavor, also can keep your health more awake. Below are some of the health benefits of eggs for you and your family.
1.      Energy sources. Boiled eggs can be a great choice for breakfast, especially for those who rush or dieting. Egg yolk is considered effectively increase the body's energy.
