One health problem
that often complained when fasting is a
recurrence of ulcer disease. This results from the digestive tract we do not
get food or drink for about 14 hours. Based on medical studies, fasting had a
positive impact on the health of the body, especially the stomach. For people

to cure the disease.

Healthy Eating, we must consider three things, namely the number, schedule and
type of food. It also needs to be applied when fasting, so that worship can be
carried out as possible without stomach upset. There are some simple tips to
keep healthy during the fast hull: Do not miss breaking dawn and do not delay. If
symptoms such as heartburn: acid belching, nausea, heartburn, pain and bloating
