The Step to Overcome Migrain


Headaches or migraines are commonly known as one of the most complained disease. This disease attacks sometimes come suddenly. Migraine sufferers will feel the pain and throbbing like a hit, pulled, and generally tend to be more sensitive to light and sound. One cause of migraine is due to the heavy thoughts. Do a relaxation of the mind, for example by making a hobby of gardening, listening to music or other activities that are fun, so your migraines will be reduced.

1.      Relaxation.
It can be done by means of gestures, such as: stretching, and breathing. This movement can be done as a precautionary action. Relaxation will facilitate the flow of energy and blood more smoothly so that your muscles loosened. 
2.      Sports. 
Choose the exercise or in accordance with the conditions of the body such as jogging, gymnastics, swing arms, cycling, swimming, and others. 
3.      Use natural remedies to deal with migraines. 
For example, with ginger. This is the way, take 25 grams of ginger, brown sugar to taste seized with the remaining 400 cc up to 200cc of water, then drink the water while warm. You can also use cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and pepper to taste each of the foreign-made powder, then brewed with hot water to taste. After it was filtered and drunk while warm. Do it regularly. Use 5 grams each time a drink Or take 25 grams kencur, 25 grams of ginger taken with 600 cc of water until the remaining 300 cc, boiled water and then drink while warm. 
4.      Eating eggs every day. 
Diets high in omega-3 fatty acids, especially the eggs can reduce inflammation suspected as the cause of migraine. In addition to eggs, you can also eat some types of fish, especially salmon, which also proved effective in the fight due to a migraine headache.
