Small Steps to Eliminate Insomnia


basically, insomnia experienced by almost everyone. This may be caused by stress, anxiety or irregular routine. If you suffer from insomnia for several weeks to several months, it can cause health problems. But the good news is that you can improve sleep quality by making small changes to your lifestyle. In general, the causes of insomnia can be categorized into internal, external and disruption due to an abnormal circadian pattern. Most often, insomnia or sleep disturbances associated with diseases of every organ, while the main factors causing insomnia is a largely internal disease with a real disruption in normal sleep patterns. However, insomnia can be caused by serious medical conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or sleep disturbances associated with gastroesophageal reflux, peptic ulcer disease, fibrositis syndrome, back problems and neck problems.
Sometimes, much activity make our time to sleep to be lost, especially for someone who has a high mobility with a high density of activity as well. So time for sleep is reduced even tend to be irregular. Well this is a irregularity beginning of the problem of insomnia or trouble sleeping. For some people insomnia is often considered a disease that can even say excruciating because while other people easily soundly asleep, insomnia is actually difficult to close their eyes let alone to sleep.
Ok, if you have insomnia problems, you should do the following ways:
1.       Avoid certain foods and drinks are like sweet foods, should be avoided before bedtime.
2.       Reduce consumption of beverages that can reduce drowsiness or keep you awake, like coffee, tea, alcohol or smoking.
3.      Clear your mind. If you are too many thoughts, it can  create stress and can cause insomnia.
4.      Avoid excessive eating and drinking when you want to sleep. Excessive food will make your stomach discomfort, while drinking too much lead often to the toilet to urinate so that disrupt your sleep.
