The Way Prophet Muhammad keep his Healthy


A lot of history which states that the Prophet Muhammad had only six for twice during 63 years of his life. As we knew, the natural conditions of the Arabian peninsula was very hard, coupled with his extensive missionary activity is very high, and the number of physical warfare undertaken. His Physical and mental endurance were extraordinary. Do you want to know what Prophet Muhammad SAW tips to stay healthy and always fit? Here are the tips and wisdom explanation:
a.         Selective about food. These foods must meet kosher requirements and thayyib (good). Halal relating to the affairs of the Hereafter, which is kosher and halal way to get the goods, while thayyib relating to worldly affairs, such as whether or not or whether nutritious food consumed.
b.        Consistent and selective in beverages and how to drink. Prophet Muhammad like Honey mixed with water.
c.         Eat quietly, tumaninah (concentration & order), not in a hurry. This scientifically was already proven
d.        Fast asleep and wake up early. He never slept more than needs, but also resist the urge to sleep than needed.
e.         Sleep in the right way. How to Sleep Prophet Muhammad and the wisdom to sleep lying on your right that my article was posting previously.
f.         Consistent to do sunnah fasting. Some of the sunnah fasting which recommended by Rasulullah is fasting on Mondays and Thursdays, bith fasting, fasting of David, fasting six days in Shawwal, etc.. Scientifically, fasting is also proved very useful for us.
In addition to the above physical tips, the Prophet Muhammad is also very stable in the ritual of worship, especially prayer, so he also has a high skill in managing emotions, mind and heart. Recent studies in the health field to prove that the ability to manage hearts, thoughts and feelings, as well as the intense interconnectedness with God Almighty will determine the quality of one's health, physical and spiritual.

Let’s try to keep our healthy by imitate the way Rasulullah keep his health. Always remember that preventing illness is always better than cure disease, and keep yourself healthy is better than just preventing illness
