Can practice their religion in the
month of Ramadan fasting month is the desire of every Muslim. But sometimes in
the implementation, there are some constraints that are often complained of
some people, such as dizziness, nausea, fatigue and so forth. For that, we need
a strategy to maintain our fast remains smooth, healthy and blessed.
Here are some ways you can do:
1. Make sure that you maximize your time
off
During the month of Ramadan, is
naturally at rest will be cut, especially at night. Therefore, increase the
quality of rest with a fixed schedule exercise for the body to get sufficient
oxygen supply, while helping you sleep better.
2. Maximize choice of a healthy balanced
diet
Especially when breaking and dawn, eat a
balanced diet pattern. Eat variety of sources including food rich in vitamins
B1, B6, B12, found in whole grains (brown rice, wheat), green leafy vegetables,
and beans (green beans, red beans, soy beans, etc.. As much vitamin B found in
beef liver, chicken, eggs, yeast, green peas, soybeans and their processed
products (tempeh, tofu, soy milk), including cereals and bread.
3. Cleverly managing the condition
ü For those of you who have complaints,
while praying tarawih and sunna, use time effectively as possible for the rest
(be at the sermon, or lag time) without sacrificing the pillars of prayer.
ü When the prayer or remembrance, should
take a comfortable position.
ü Avoid devote load (body weight) on
certain body parts, like feet, in a very long time (no more than 30 minutes).
ü If you read the Qur’an, for those who
have a complaint, you should read while sitting on a chair so that not too long
spine bent. Or try in a comfortable place for your body.
4. Lightweight Sports
Although you are running fast, you
should still do a little exercise to maintain fitness and health. Choose the
appropriate skills and health conditions, such as walking, swimming or doing
gymnastic. In addition, be sure to eat nutritious foods and live a healthy
lifestyle.
