Breathing is an activity in which we make the process of
breathing the air, spread throughout the body and remove unused air or residual
air. The air we breathe is not
all used for the metabolism of the body, only oxygen only. And the body has its
own mechanism to allow only the oxygen that goes into body. Breathing is a
vital need as well as the demands of life. But
not everyone is able to optimize breathing. Many
people complain that their body fatigue, aches, colds easily, bloating, stress
ulcers, flu, coughs, allergies to chronic illnesses such as heart disease or
stroke.
And, good breathing will provide enough oxygen, so you
can easily recognize your body. Close
your eyes and make sure the body in a state of relaxation, release all tension
on the neck, arms, legs and shoulders. Focus
on your breathing with one hand on your chest and one hand above the navel
area. Imagine there is a balloon
in your stomach. By the time you
inhale, focus on developing a "balloon" in your stomach. You will realize that the stomach will
expand larger than the chest. By
the time you breathe out, let your abdomen naturally deflate
then do exercise regularly. Regular exercise will train your
breathing. Start with the portion
of light that does not burden the exercise of your breathing. The signs when you
feel the weight is the breath of breath during exercise. This caused a sudden exercise,
irregular and immediately took the heavy portion. Walking is the most appropriate exercise
to train your breathing.
The last, do you worship the true and solemn. When worship whether prayer, reading
al quran or other worship is the core activity of contemplation, is the best way
to train breathing. State of
contemplation stimulates the entry of air into the respiratory system on a
regular basis. The body's cells
are also in a state most ready to perform regeneration by replacing the old
with the new oxygen. All organs
of the body especially the heart, lungs and brain to be the organ most
benefited by this technique. State
of contemplation to give them a break from activities that are too means. This of course would you accomplish if
you calm state of contemplation area, away from the noise. Another thing that helps this is the
moment you get ready to leave the routine and other things to get in a
situation of this contemplation is called solemn.
