Smoking Healthy for Active Smokers

According to the research, 65 million people in Indonesia are active smokers. Many reasons in accusing of smokers, such as a friend in times of quiet, to familiarize fellow friend or smoking as a symbol of confidence for the smokers. Whatever the reason, smoking remains a dangerous activity, both for smokers and the environment. About the dangers of smoking, actually they have knew, especially for people who smoke cigarettes every day, because in every pack of cigarettes there is announce about the dangers of smoking, such as this “ SMOKING CAN CAUSE CANCER, HEART ATTACK, IMPOTENCE, PREGNANCY AND FETAL DISORDERS”. 
Although the article was printed in the packaging about the dangers of smoking cigarettes is very scary, still many people who smoke. Indeed, if you are addicted, they are very hard to leave smoking. So,  for those of you who became an active smoker, I provide healthy tips for reducing the dangers of smoking for smokers. 
First, do not smoke indoors. The room with no ventilation when be used to smoke will accumulate illness. This is caused smoke can not get out, so it was back in cigarette smoke inhaled by people who are smoking. If you want to smoke, find a place or room that has plenty of ventilation or smoke in the open room like a park or field, so that, your smoke suction replaced with fresh air. 
Then, do not smoke while you sleep. If you're smoking, try the position of your body is about 45 degrees, it serves to keep your lung. Your lung will open when you lie down, if you smoke in sleeping position would be very harmful to your lungs. 
Third, do not smoke near the children. In addition, it will provide lessons that are not good for the child, they are also still very sensitive to the disease caused by cigarette smoke. Please smoke in the safe place and far away from children. 
As for adding medical countermeasures for those of you who like to smoke, do exercise enough. Doing jogging at least once a week is good for your healthy. Consums vitamin C as an antidote to free radicals and to increase your immunity. Then, drink lots of water to refresh your body.
