Positive Thinking

The theory has been said that the placebo effect in the treatment of a person, sometimes the treatment is not useful at all. But it was more in the underlying by many hopes and beliefs to heal existing in the mind of that person. 
From the above statement, we can infer how powerful positive thinking towards what we are experiencing. People who used to inculcate positive thinking attitude tends to be much more healthy, enjoy his life and away from the stress. This is caused that people who always positive thinking will get positive energy that will make people much more fun in their life without much lamented. Positive thinking as well as the most potent means after the drug in curing diseases. I had a teacher, his name Prof.DR. Amin Syukur, MA, he had end-stage brain cancer. By physicians already in the verdict that the age of 4 months to live. But because he is always thinking positive, corelated with prayer and medicine, the verdict ws failed. He fully recovered from cancer who attack him, and returned to teach at IAIN Walisongo Semarang until now. Indeed, God has said in the hadith qudsi "verily me is depend on my slave prejudice ". Positive thinking that all comes from God and will return to God is the best way to overcome all problems. 
To cultivate a positive attitude befikir certainly takes practice and how. Below I give some tips that can grow our attitude to always positive thinking. 
1.      Associating with good environmental 
Very close association with a private establishment. People who are always hanging out in
the wrong environment will bring about the wrong thing anyway. The  way of his thinking would be wrong. He would rather pessimistic about a problem. But if we hang out in a good environment, then that will grow in us also positive things. When we are exposed to a problem, he would tend to think positively. 
2.      Have a good time 
Positive thoughts will arise if we do or do positive things. Do positive things like jogging, reading stories, or book another example, following the religious ceremony, watching a movie that educates or other positive activities so that the negative thoughts away from our brains. 
3.      Stay away from stress 
Sometimes the stress comes from too many negative thoughts that exist in our brains. If our brains are filled with too many negative thoughts, then we will seek a solution to the problem is also in a negative way as well. Let us avoid the stress by reinforcing our faith in God. If we are experiencing stress, leave all our problems to God. God willing we will be lighter to bear. 
Remember, the expert psychologists have agreed that we are products of our own thoughts. If we think negative things about what will we do, then what happens we will be getting worse and the pain. But if we always think positive, our horizon future will be broader, more successful and healthier
