How do you Prevent Hypertension?


Hipertension is the high blood pressure or medical condition in which an increase in blood pressure is chronic (long-term). [Wikipedia]
Hypertension or high blood pressure is an interference with the vascular system is characterized by high blood pressure than normal. Often occurs in middle age or older (age 45 years or more).
The cause of hypertension is largely unknown cause clearly. Approximately 10% of all cases of hypertension caused by certain deseases like:
·         Kidney disease.
·         blood vessel disease.
·         Hormonal disorders.
The signs and symptoms of hypertension are the most common are:
·         Headache, dizziness.
·         Easy to be anger.
·         Ear buzzing.
·         Neck feels heavy.
·         The eyes dizzy.
·         Easily to be tired.
·         You are difficult to sleep.
Someone got hypertension will have risk like:
·         Overweight or obesity.
·         Lack of exercise.
·         Stress.
·         Drink lots of alcohol and coffee.
·         Smoking.
·         Eat lots of salt and fat.
·         Heredity.
If uncontrolled, hypertension can lead to disturbances in other organs, namely:
·         Thickening of blood vessel walls.
·         Coronary heart disease, heart trouble.
·         Impaired renal function or renal failure.
·         A blockage of blood vessels of the brain or stroke.
·         Impaired vision, bleeding.

The way to prevent hypertension:
·         Reduce weight.
·         Regular exercise such as jogging once a week.
·         Changing habits for example, reduce coffee or alcohol, avoid stress, stop smoking, and trying to live at ease.
·         Reduce foods high in salt or fat.
·         Control regularly to the health center.

The composition of your food  everyday:
·         Rice 5 cups
·         Vegetables 2 cups medium.
·         Tempe is 4 pieces.
·         Fish 1 whole medium.
·         1 Eggs.
·         2 pieces of meat or chicken.
·         2 bananas .
·         Oil 2 1/2 tablespoons.
·         Granulated sugar 2 1/2 tablespoons.
·         Salt: - ½ teaspoon per day
·         ¼ teaspoon per day
·         Do not use salt too much.

There is also a traditional way to cure your high blood levels
Traditional medicine high blood pressure 1
-          Take a handful of celery leaves then mash until smooth
-          Then mixed with boiled water and filter on a clean cloth / fine sieve. Keep water to a glass filter
-          Let stand for one hour with a few new drink the dregs.
-          Drink regularly every morning and afternoon
Traditional medicine high blood pressure 2
-          Take 3 noni fruit and squeeze the juice and grated
-          Keep the water up to a glass
-          Drink every morning and afternoon
