Healthy Living With Water

At first, it’s sounds so trivial, but we need to know that, water turns a lot of benefits for our body. Health experts also agreed that by consuming water as much as 8 liters per day, the fluid in our body need to be fulfilled. That is, if we come short of water (dehydration), then the effects will be felt by our bodies. For example, our body will get tired and feel weak. For some people who live in the mountainous may not be so great influence on their bodies. This is caused the weather in the mountainous was cold, so people do not sweat so much. However, they must always to consume lots of water to nourish their bodies. But what about the people who live in the city and located on the coast?. Their activities are not always sweat a little. This is because the weather in the cities or the coast is very hot. It is certainly very influential on their bodies. For those who do not consume enough water, then the body would be susceptible to dehydration. 
But keep in mind, in forming a healthy body, consume water not only to drink a lot but there is need for civility in the drink. Modesty in taking turns, including a healthy lifestyle. This is what the prophet Muhammad SAW taught to his people. Teachings of prophet Muhammad about his drinking is a prohibition against his people not to drink while standing. Why? It turns out medically, in the body of human being, there is a filter called Sfringer. Sfringer can open when we sat down and closed when we stand. The water that we drink not 100% sterile for though by the body. When we drink standing up, then the water is not filtered by sfringer since closed. The water which do not filtered by Sfringer will go straight into the bladder. This will cause the crystals kidney disease. It turned out that every prophet Muhammad's command would be useful for his people. Let's do it now drinking patterns of healthy and respectful. Let's make our body healthy and to be benefits.
