How to make sit to be healthy?

Sitting is the activity we've always done all the time. In one day we might be able to sit up dozens of times. But most people do not sit with the situation appropriately. There are too bent, there is a skew as well as other positions when viewed from the health point of less healthy and healthful. Sit a healthy and healthful are natural ways to prevent and improve one's health. When applied in everyday life, at home, at a meeting place or workplace environment, for example, not only can overcome the problem of back pain (back pain), headaches, stress and other diseases are common in office workers. But also can improve concentration and productivity.

Move on a regular basis or get up every 15-30 minutes to stretch, move and breathe. If possible try walking for a while. 
Dr Lee said that would not be surprised if people are too much sitting can cause weight gain and poor health status. For that one needs to know and improve posture.
